View risk scores, fraud flags, and AI-generated insights at a glance. Open, investigate, and resolve fraud cases. Attach evidence, leave notes, and collaborate with your team from a single case view. *** ## Core modules ### Transactions Every payment event flows through the Transactions module. You can search by date, amount, status, or risk level, drill into individual transactions to see the full risk breakdown, and take manual actions such as approving, rejecting, or escalating to a case. Cases track the full lifecycle of an investigation — from the initial open state through to resolved or rejected — and include a comment thread, file attachments, and a complete activity timeline. They are built by your team using a drag-and-drop canvas and determine whether a transaction is approved, rejected, flagged, or escalated.
